Is it not possible to buy subscriptions anymore? Particularly Black Desert Online?

No problem. :slight_smile: I’d changed your data plan to Subscription and reset your changeable date too. If you’d like to change it back I think you can do again.

Thanks, and oh I didn’t know subscription had a bandwidth cap. Are you able to look at my history (last day or so) and tell me if I need a higher cap (per per use) or if I’m fine with subscription? The only history I can find are dates from back in april.

I’d changed your data plan to PPT (Pay Per Traffic) and reset your
changeable date too. If you’d like to change it back I think you can do
again.

Unfortunately, we also couldn’t confirm your usage logs.

Please visit ‘Setup -> Account -> Edit profile’ menu to enable the Connection Log feature to see where your traffics were used. At this moment I don’t know why because as default we’re doing any kind of logging to trace your traffics for privacy protection.
