Is it possible for me to cancel my ongoing subscription plan and refund it back into pay per traffic? edit:nvm found a fix

Im experiencing lag with the subscription plan and wish to refund my purchase into credits (pay per traffic again) because i dont experience problems with that data plan before. is it possible ? thanks!
