I purchased Mudfish VPN on August 16, 2025 (Order ID: MVS205MSFN, Document No: 824009195100) using my Apple account (aya_alrahahlah@icloud.com). The subscription was supposed to be a lifetime plan for $4.99, but it ended after one month. Could you please clarify why this happened and fix the issue?
Where did you hear that there’s a lifetime plan for Mudfish? We never had that kind of plans for over 15 years.. So I think you saw some wrong documents or links.
I am very disappointed with this situation. When I purchased, it was clearly shown as a one-time lifetime purchase for $4.99. There was no mention anywhere that this plan would expire after one month. Not on the app, not on the receipt, and not in any invoice.
I know many of my friends who bought the exact same plan for the exact same price, and they still have their accounts active for years. Why is my account different? Why is it canceled for me but not for others? This is unfair and unacceptable.
This looks like a mistake on your side. Please check again and fix my account. I paid for a lifetime subscription, not for one month.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will report it directly to Apple and leave a public review so that other users know about this unfair treatment.
There is No lifetime subscription at the moment ( Never). Ur credits will be there for lifetime ( WIll not expire) , but services are limited ( Until ur credits finish, after this if u want to use the service, u gotta buy credits again…
This is very misleading. Now you are telling me it is only credits, but in the app and at the time of purchase there was no clear explanation. It looked like a lifetime subscription, not just credits. If it was credits only, it should have been written clearly.
It looks like you’re consisitently pointing out that Mudfish app advertised the lifetime data plan though it’s not true. For this case, please show me a screenshot which made you misleading the data plan of Mudfish. I’ll willing to fix that issue.
Could you please tell me your friend’s mudfish ID? I can check it for you. If they used for a long time rather than one month, I think their data plan is PPT (Pay-Per-Traffic). For details, please check Data Plans.
No problem.
Please file a ticket to Apple side for this case. I think Apple will solve your issue because Mudfish doesn’t have a permission to handle your payment including the payment refund.
