It shows me that im getting 160-170ms on Rainbow six Siege but ingame i get 240-290ms which is nothing close to what is showing. at times i get the ping actually showing on the mudfish dashboard. i have tried setting it to both UDP and have also tried using fullVPN mode, how do i fix this?
Ummm I’m not sure you’re connecting to Singapore game server. If then did you try to set Full VPN mode with mudfish Singapore nodes too?
yes i did but i think the problem is with my ISP perhaps as when i connect to FullVPN through my 4G it works fine. I’d still like some advice on what i could possibly do towards a solution
I am encountering an Issue where when i select the nodes where i am getting the best ping in SEAS Rainbow 6 Siege (~150ms) the dashboard tells me i am getting ~200-300ms which is much higher than what the nodes were telling me.
Weird… Which mudfish node did you try to test? I’m not sure it’s related with which mudfish node was picked.
i selected a route on the item page which went through dubai to singapore. that route said that RTT avg was 160 something but on the dashboard i got over 200 ping
Umm… Are you meaning you tried to test ‘Advanced mode’ for node? Did you try to use ‘Basic mode’ rather than ‘Advanced mode’? I’m curious that it’s even same with Basic mode because sometimes ‘Advanced mode’ shows the different result. 
Nvm, i requested my ISP to fix my routes and now my ping is fixed. Thank you tremendously for your time and help.
