I've spent all my credit by mistake and went negative balance, can someone help?

Im not exactly sure how much I had avaiable but I do believe around 4.90 usd, then it went “Minus credit. Balance -4.24 USD”
Is it possible for me to request a credit refund?

Omg, the negative balance keeps going down, now its at -5.15 USD. That cant be right, right?
Just to clarify I’ve never enabled Full VPN mode im turbo clueless on what might be happening.

First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents.

However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
