Keenetic not support

​I am writing to request a full refund for my recent purchase of Mudfish credits/service.

​The reason for my refund request is directly related to misleading information regarding router compatibility. I specifically intended to use your service with my Keenetic router, based on the belief that it had direct, dedicated support from Mudfish.
​However, I have since discovered that the support available is not native Keenetic support, but rather reliance on the OpenWRT compatibility feature, which does not provide the ease of use or expected performance of a natively supported device. This lack of proper integration and unexpected configuration complexity means the service does not meet my needs as advertised or expected.
​As I was unable to utilize the service effectively due to this compatibility issue, I request the full amount of my purchase be refunded.
