It seems that the HK Aliyun and HK Tencent nodes have been IP blocked by the Ionia server. Is it possible to refresh these nodes’ ip addresses?

I think I could change IP address of these nodes but it looks like it requres to reboot the machine. 
So it’s not what I want to do because it makes down time for users who uses these nodes.
When I get a chance, I’ll try to lease more nodes in this region.
