Lost 1 GiB of credit despite my usage only shows <100 MiB

Mudfish is a amazing service at a very reasoable price! My game’s not rubber banding now due to it’s server is located at US West. More so, I have some questions regarding my traffic balance.

When I first purchased credits (April 8) my balance was set to “54.36 GiB” ($4.99 PTT plan), the next following day it became “54.92 GiB”, it increased despite not purchasing credits. And today as of this writing (April 10), it became “53.31 GiB”. I lost about 1 GiB while my usage according to traffic and access log report status were just below 100 MiB. Can I have some explanation what caused this?

The game I’m playing is Ragnarok Online which I believe is light on resources. I haven’t used Mudfish for patching the game as I’m aware of it’s CDN issues you warned. Neither I am watching on Twitch, but I remember watching Youtube videos while playing. This is my current item config:

This is a currency change between USD and KRW. Please note that your account’s currency is USD while the traffic balance calculation is based on KRW. :slight_smile: So if USD/KRW is changing, it should be changed too.

If you don’t want to encounter this issue, you need to change your currency in Mudfish to KRW based.

It behaves normally now, I monitored it for 5 days.
