At this point LOST ARK item supports US West (Oregon) destinatioin though I’m not sure that it’s a part of it. When you get a chance, please test first.
If you feel it doesn’t work properly, please send me some game packets using Packet Capture with Mudfish link while playing the game with Full VPN mode.
To update the game item of mudfish, I need some game packets to analyze.
