So basically, I used payment wall and dragon pay for bank transfer payment, but the email I used was my institutional email since that was where my bank was linked to, so after payment, it deducted from my bank and didn’t count I realized that the email form was for the account and my account was linked to my personal account. So I made the 2nd account AFTER I made the payment.

Are you meaning that one of two payments is missing? For this case, I think you need to contact to Paymentwall because Mudfish doesn’t have your first payment information (or transaction ID).
