Me and 3 other friends of mine have been paying over 2 months for Black Desert SEA server nodes, never had a problem with connection until yesterday. Starting from yesterday, none of the nodes have been working, every time we try it will just disconnect after logging into game. Same thing happening to my friends. I always use the recommended nodes as well between Aus and Singapore. What is happening and are you going to fix this issue? Otherwise we want to cancel our subscriptions soon, as we have 3 days left for this month. (P.S, I’m certain the game servers have no problem, becoz if we just login without using Mudfish, it works fine.)
Please confirm that How to check the basic functionality works fine in your environment. It’s a first thing you should test.
