Minus credit after connecting to steam

I have no idea how this happened. earlier i connected to steam US server to try and add throne and liberty to my library then disconnected before i installed it. i logged in today wanting to connect to japan servers until i noticed that i have -4.03 credit. I didnt know that access logging is disabled by default so i dont know how this happened.

First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents.

However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
