Minus credit issue with FFXIV and no Full VPN

Hi, I was just playing FFXIV then suddenly I had no credits. When I purchased additional credits, I just saw that I had minus credits. I was confused why it was like that since it has never happened to me before. So I thought maybe it wasn’t just showing right and I bought more credits. But then, I was still minus credits after.

I only use Mudfish for FFXIV and I don’t use Full VPN. I am also in Pay Per Traffic. So I don’t know why suddenly I have a huge minus credits that would have lasted me almost a year of just playing FFXIV.

I requested for refund of the 2 purchases I made since I can’t use Mudfish because of the huge minus credits. Hopefully this gets fixed and my minus credits is removed since I still want to use Mudfish. I will cancel one of my refund request if this gets fixed so I can have additional credits.
