Hi, i was playing FFXIV a few days ago and my credit suddenly got to -1.28 usd.
I had about 8,70 dollars remaining and now it’s all gone.
I really like mudfish and your service, so I’d like to keep using it.
But I don’t wanna put another 10 usd credit if this will happen again, considering that would’ve lasted me for a whole year of playing FFXIV.
I’d just like to understand what happened with my credit.
I use Pay Per Traffic, Basic mode and Auto Selection for the node.
I only use Mudfish for FFXIV and I have never used Full VPN mode
Please help me out with this situation.
