I have purchased credit 2 days back on the 2nd November and while i was playing FFXIV, it suddenly showed minus -3.99 usd, which i had to then purchase an additional 10usd credit to keep it running. I don’t run any twitch etc while using the tunnel and only using multipath connection.

First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents. However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
