help just got minus credits today please help to fix this, i was playing black desert and suddenly lagging, i still have 13,8gb or 188 yen in my credits before its minus
First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents. However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
