Yes, I just tried with fast connect off, and its the same.
I tried full VPN mode too, and its the same. I even sent a “packet dump” to you.
When I use “US Central (Houston, TX - Oplink)” I can log in to my game, but I disconnect after character selection. This does not happen with “ColoCrossing TX” I dont understand.
Help me please =(
I really liked Mudfish, I’ve been using it for almost 3 years now, but if the support is too slow. If you cannot help me with my problem in the next couple of days I’m just gonna leave. 10 days without being able to use the services properly is just unacceptable.
Please don’t add new comments after creating a topic because it’ll be bumped and reset your priority to get answers. However as you know nowadays our response time takes quite long time. 
When you get a chance, please try to change Connection Protocols too to TCP based.
