there sees to be a problem with Apex Legends Game Server Location * Destination: eu-central-1, Europe (Frankfurt) in mudfish only and only this server other servers are working but this one is what i need, I kindly request you support to fix this ASAP.

Weird… Is this issue still the same? When I checked the mudfish side, it looks good to me.
If it’s still the same, it might be something is blocking ICMP echo request.

the issue is back again, i think this problem is happening every now and then not always, because sense I reported it after 2 days its fixed then again yesterday its back and still not working as it should, please help
