Please ignore this detection at this moment if you’re using Microsoft Defender. 
I checked our packages with VirusTotal, it points that it’s false positive. So I’d reported to Microsoft about this incorrect detection and got feedbacks from them that they fixed this issue on their latest ruleset. I hope it takes some days to be solved and updated on their and user end.
As workaround, please check http://mudfish.net/releases/ and use old versions (FYI v5.2.7 is last stable version). Or you can install other AV programs to bypass this wrong detection.
