Hello! my mudfish credit disappeared from 14gb to 0. I was connecting to my phone to play suddenly it disappeared.
Sorry about the sudden drop. Please disconnect Mudfish during downloads or updates. Your WoW item uses Multi-Path, which consumes more traffic; switching its node mode to Basic can reduce usage. This alone does not confirm the cause of the drop.
Connection Log is enabled. Please check Status → Access Log for large transfers around that time and share the time/timezone and a screenshot with personal details hidden. Were you using the phone app or a PC connected through a phone hotspot?
yes i was using the phone as a hotspot because data is much faster than my wifi. I was just playing Wow normally when suddenly i got disconnected midfight and i refreshed my mudfish and it was already -2.
Thanks for clarifying. Hotspot use alone doesn’t establish the cause. Charges can be delayed, so the drop may reflect earlier traffic.
