Im playing WoW from Brazil. Bought some credits and tried conneting to the game. But my ping kept the same 190ms im currently playing even without mudfish. It seems that it doesnt work for me? Can i have a refound?

Thank you for your support. I tried the full VPN mode, but i actually increased my ping instead of lowering.
