Mudfish has been eating my data so fast lately

I just got from 24 GB to 18 GB in just an hour. I am not usign full VPN, only Apex Legends. May I know why this is happening? I’ve been using mudfish for months and they only eat MBs of data an hour.

also, I just topped up $4.99 yesterday and after 1 day I lost almost 14 GB with only 1 game on VPN. There were also 0 updates.
