Mudfish Negative Credits

Hi, I’ve been using mudfish for quite some time already, and have only recently topped-up my mudfish credits, after being away from my computer for about a few hours leaving it idle, I’ve came back only to notice that my credits has became negative. (As shown in the picture below)

Can I ask what is the cause of this issue and if its possible to reset/refund the credits that I have not used?

First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents. However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
