Hello Mudfish support,
I can see i have lower ping in the mudfish but in the game it didnt change. I just bought credits
before this was working well. now that i bought new credits its not workiing anymore

tried using full vpn and it only made the ping much higher to 400~ ping
Why enable fastconnect mode?
Its only for TCP based games and DOTA is UDP protocol.
Disable it and restart the game and mudfish.

tried all of the options.
- fastconnect - was working way before. thats the reason i am using it. but i tried also FULL VPN mode.
- FULL VPN mode - made my ping much higher
could someone help me please.
Umm… If this issue is still same with Full VPN mode enabled, please check Packet Capture with Mudfish and send us some game packets. I need some packets to analyze where your traffics go.
Which a mudfish node did you try? Please check FAQ - Nodes and try to use other mudfish nodes.
