I just bought credit recently because my balance was suddenly at -3. I thought it was a glitch so I just went and bought more. Now suddenly I’m at negative again. My balance was over $1 yesterday? I never turn on Full VPN mode.
First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents.
However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
