Hello Mudfish Team,
I’ve had this case where my balance suddenly went to 0 when I have not even used my Mudfish for days. As you can see on the picture, my last RTT update was 5 days ago. I have recently recharged it for around 3 AUD and now it is 0. Can you please enlighten me on how this could happen and is there any way to get my balance back because I didn’t even use it?
@caterineliem When I checked your configuration, Full VPN mode is enabled. Please be careful that Full VPN mode could use a lot of traffics because it redirects your all network traffics via mudfish node.
However I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
