my credit suddenly dropped to negative?

My credit used to be around 15GB but after several hours and i want to use it again, it’s already gone negative? my last used traffic is around 361,7 MB so i don’t know what actually causing it.

Sorry for the surprise. Please exit Mudfish before downloads or updates and enable only the game item you need.

Charges can appear 1–2 hours later (FAQ), but this alone doesn’t explain the amount. Shared CDN traffic is another possibility; we can’t confirm the cause yet.

Please tell us when it dropped (with time zone), which game you used, and whether any downloads or updates ran. For your convenience, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.

Ok, so

I was downloading, but yhe only item activated is Guild Wars 1 & 2. No full VPN activated at that time.

and the time when the balance dropped is around 11 PM GMT +7

Thanks for confirming. Even with Full VPN off, downloads may match the Guild Wars item’s shared CDN routes (details). This is a possible cause, but no access-log entries are available to confirm it.

Please fully exit Mudfish before downloads or updates, then reopen it afterward. What were you downloading, through which app, and on which date at 11 PM GMT+7? Connection Log is enabled; if this recurs, check Status → Access Log for large transfers and share their times and traffic amounts.

Hmmm, i was downloading PSO2 Japan server through its own launcher. Do they really share the CDN routes?

Though come to think of it. Everytime i turn on the Guild Wars item, some website got affected and even the guild wars wiki page will only show “430 forbidden” in its page, as if i use full VPN.

Also my traffic balance is now 350 JPY (around 22.33 GB)? what’s happening?

Thanks for clarifying. Shared CDN/cloud IP routes can affect other downloads and sites with Full VPN off, but PSO2’s overlap is unconfirmed without logs.

Please exit Mudfish before downloads. On Windows/Linux, enable Web Inspect and Item’s Built-In Domains under Setup → Traffic, with Allow QUIC off (guide). Leave Custom Domains empty and save. If the wiki still fails, send its URL and check whether it opens with Mudfish closed.

The balance increase appears to be the credit reset mentioned in our earlier reply. The GB figure estimates the traffic available for your credit.

Will try this, thank you. I’ll tell if the browser still affected by the item or not.

You’re welcome! Please let us know how the test goes. If the wiki or other sites still show an error, send the affected URL and exact error message, and check whether the same page opens after fully exiting Mudfish. We’ll help you investigate further.
