My data keeps going down and I haven't connected

I’ve bought $4.99 credit as of the day before yesterday, I was provided with 30.7gb of data instead of the 30.9gb that was supposed to be provided according to the pricing chart. I haven’t even turned it on as of yet and now my data is showing 30.65gb. Why has it gone down if I haven’t even clicked connect…?

Now I’ve woken up today and I am at 30.42gb. I don’t understand why my data would be going down if I haven’t even turned the VPN on at all?
