My items(games) that I’m barely using auto extended by 30 days and used my credit. Is this a bug or intentionally added feature?
Which game item are you pointing? Please check ‘Auto Refresh’ option for each items are enabled. However please let me know if you’d like to get the item refund.

Overwatch, Fortnite, Black desert online - all auto refreshed. Can you refund it please? I only play PUBG nowadays. THey auto refreshed last week I think.
