my ping to japan is being over 1000 for days, this is not even usable, please fix your servers
Did you try to change a mudfish node based on FAQ - Nodes section for your game item? If you’re using the advanced mode, please start with the basic mode. I think this issue is related with mudfish node you’d picked. 
I need to check it too.
