My public ip had been blocked

Since yesterday I can’t log in or access mudfish’s site. After a bit of research, I found that my public ip was locked by Mudfish. I think it’s because I logged in too many times by mistakenly logging in with the username ntkien300 instead of ntkien402. Can you unlock my ip? My public ip is 171.246.0.118

Thanks, isuse has been resolved. Now i can use mudfish normally.
