I just created a new account and verified email. But I didn’t receive any trial credits. Just want to confirm first before buying if this service will work for me as Exitlag sucks. Could you check and help regarding the trial credits?
I’m mainly playing Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn and Black Desert Online.

Hi! Thanks for trying Mudfish. Your account does not currently show trial credits or a previous purchase. Trial credits must be added manually, so an administrator will need to review and grant them. Once they appear, you can add the Final Fantasy XIV or Black Desert Online item and test the available routes. Please let us know if the credits still do not appear afterward.
