Negative balance all of a sudden

Hello! A few minutes ago my credits suddenly went from around 30+ GB to negative while playing FFXIV and my traffic usage today doesn’t show anything that might have consumed it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

:EDIT: I just checked again and it’s now showing a big usage spike with only FFXIV active and Full VPN mode disabled.

First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents.

However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
