Hi can I get logs from my previous pay per traffic? It says I already used all but my previous one lasted for 3 months I didn’t use full vpn so how is it already gone? I looked at my traffic logs and nothing seems out of ordinary.
Could you let me know what specific settings you were using when this happened? Unfortunately, I’m having trouble tracking the exact cause of the sudden traffic usage on my end right now.

Hi thanks for the reply. Are you referring to this? Btw the elsword with CDN was on at the time too but for the duration it was on, the game didn’t have any updates. Also looked at my logs and nothing was out of ordinary so I am confused as to how my balance became negative so quick.
First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents.
Since you mentioned the Elsword item was turned on, there is a high chance this is the “CDN and Mudfish” issue. Background CDN traffic can consume your data unexpectedly. I highly recommend disabling the item when not playing!
