Hello, my credit has suddenly gone negative (minus 3.99 USD), even though an hour ago I have had 27 GB of traffic.
There is no way 27 gigabytes of traffic would be used in an hour regardless of CDN issues. Let alone go negative. Can you reset or What do I do? Just disable my account and create a new one or what?
First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents. However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
