Negative Credit!

On 13th of October, my blance was around 2.00 USD. In the evening at 20:30 I started playing Lost Ark with the follow settings.

Server Location: US West (Oregon)
Node Mode: Basic mode
Selected Mudfish Node
HK Asia (Hong Kong - Azure 03)
Full vpn was turned off!

At around 01:30 my balance went to -0.49 USD and at 2:50 even to -0.79 USD??? And yes I was also watching Twitch with my Lost Ark linked account.

How can this happen? Usually 1 hour of gaming is around 0.01 USD!

Can you please investigate?

I turned on Exclude web traffic and WFP item mode, It’s working now. Thanks
