New to mudfish ! It seems that I can equip item but its not working!

I haven’t paid for mudfish yet but I can equip item (valorant). Ping in valorant seems to be same and there is no difference

Also, please guide me in usi ng mudfish for valorant and dota. Do I need credits for item or not? I also wanted to test it with games to see whether it fixes my lag so that I can decide on buying credits.
