No credit refund after plan change

Hi, yesterday I have changed my subscription plan from 4-1 to 32-8, and today I went back to 8-2 plan.
Shouldn’t the credit of remaining days be refunded? I still have 30 days credit in the data plan.

:frowning: Unfortunately it doesn’t refund the voucher automatically. So we need to be careful to upgrade / downgrade the subscription voucher.

However I’d reset your mudfish credits now for your convenience.
