No email received when trying to reset password

*using a temp account to be able to post in technical support
*please don’t include usernames / email addresses in replies as that is a serious security nightmare

I was trying to reset my password on my main account but I didn’t receive any email when I use the form.
I sent an email to the email address on the “Contact Us” details.

3 days and still no emails received for password reset.

@loneliger05 I saw that you made ‘Private Support’ topic for this issue. So I’d leaved my answer at there. Please check and let me know.
