Because one of items you’re equipped uses ‘auto-selection’ option to pick a node. Please try to specify the node of MapleStory 2 item. It’d solve your problem.
I did change the auto selection, but it doesn’t work

Umm… Then did you try with Full VPN mode always to access the game? I’m not sure it makes some difference.
i haven’t been keeping exact track of the time, but it seems that for tokyo(azure) it only seems to work for this day only for me from my observation the past 2 weeks. i’ll see if theres any other times/days that work. Hopefully this can lead to a solution.

미꾸라지에서 RTT 가 3000 ms 라고 나온다는 것은 현재 사용자님의 컴퓨터와 선택하신 중계 서버간 통신이 제대로 되지 않아 어디선가 패킷 로스가 난다는 것을 뜻합니다. 우선은 중계 서버를 변경하셔서 시도해 보셔도 같은 증상이신지 확인해 보시고 그래도 여전히 문제가 있다면 기본 동작 여부 확인 을 한번 해보시기 바랍니다.
일단 가장 안전한 방법은 미꾸라지 자체를 종료하시는 것입니다. 
보통은 사용하신 만큼 크레딧이 지출되는 것이 맞습니다만 간혹 CDN 과 미꾸라지 이슈로 인해서 크레딧 차감이 있을 수 있습니다. 이럴 경우 저에게 말씀해 주세요.
환불을 할 필요 없이 종량제로 요금제를 바꾸길 원하시면 말씀해 주시기 바랍니다. 수동으로 변경해 드리겠습니다.
