Please visit ‘What’s my IP?’ item configuration menu and specify a mudfish node instead of ‘Auto-Selection’. It’ll fix it immediately.
I’d reset your mudfish test credit again so you can try to use more tests with Mudfish. Regarding to PBE nodes, please check What’s nodes for having PBE characters on the title? section. It’s free but please note that it’s developer box.

I don’t think it affects the game at all. The cap is enough big for most of online games including LoL. However if you’re using it for Web browsing, it got a stuck by the speed cap.

Ok, cool. I’ve used WinMTR to test it and it was routing me through my ISP route and the other server was fine.
I have enabled logging because after 1 game of LoL almost all of my test traffic is gone, and it keeps going even while the game is offline, should it work like that?

Please also see A little Mudfish Credit is charged even if I’m not playing the game! for this question. I think this issue will be gone forever at next release because nowadays there are too many mudfish nodes exist comparing with the past.
Could you please tell me which game server you’re accessing? Without it I couldn’t check which part caused this 1k+ RTT problem.
