Normally it means your Windows has corrupted entries on registry.  However you should fix this issue definitely because it’s one of core components used by Mudfish.  
  
Please try to goole it about fixes related with OpenVPN because it’s exactly same driver used by OpenVPN so you can find a lot of resources.

혹시 아이템 설정 메뉴에 들어가셔서 중계 서버 설정을 FAQ-중계 서버 관련 문서를 기반으로 직접 설정하여 시도해 보셨는지요?

I installed openVPN and it said “an error occurred in the installation of Tap driver”
