I’ve been playing FFXIV from Japan to EU datacenters using Mudfish and usually get around 75-100 less ping than playing without. Earlier today however all nodes just stopped functioning as their information would suggest. I’m still getting the same nodes on the lists and still seeing them predict the drop in ping I’m used to, but on connection there’s just no effect whatsoever on my ping, it stays at the 275ish it ordinarily would be without the service. Any ideas what could be causing this?
Please confirm that How to check the basic functionality works fine in your environment. It’s the first thing you should test.
