It worked a few hours ago. now I cannot reconnect to the vpn.

Same. Got an error MUDEC_01040 which not even listed in their error documentation.
Sorry for this issue. 
There was the mudfish service outage. It’s solved at this point so please check Service Outage Report - 20230914 link to see the details why this issue happened.
