Hello, i made a new account a few days ago that i can no longer access (not this one). I tried resetting the password, since it kept saying it was wrong, but i am not receiving any mail to do so. I tried contacting support at the available email but got no answer (support@loxch.com)
What can i do to reset my password and get back my account?
When I checked the maillog from mudfish, it shows the email is sent to your email inbox if I checked it properly:
