Not working on FFXIV

it 's been working good until yestoday

at first it shows “error mudec_00031”, after a few time retried , it turns into “error mudec_00409”

under these error I can’t connect Ffxiv lobby room though Mudfish

And now it becomes " Unable to connect to RTT server"

however I can start the game with Mudfish on,but it’s not realy working thought VPN, the latency I feel ingame was like directly connection. And it realy is , because game is not d/c when I disconnect the Mudfish while playing

Please help me out of this

Umm… For this case, please check MUDEC_00031 and MUDEC_00409 document for thiscase.

And please make sure that How to check the basic functionality works fine on your machine first.
