I am getting this error sometimes when using multipath mode. how do I stop it from happening?

it seems I left the item running and I used up 4Gb of data without full vpn and not playing any games. How do I see what process used up all that traffic? I can only see how much was used

Umm… No way to see the traffic usage per the process. I think you need to use a traffic monitoring tool like https://www.glasswire.com/ link.
