Overdeduction of Credits

Hi there, I was just deducted about 28GB worth of credits from my account. I did not have anything other than FFXIV & FastConnect Mode. I did not expect it to drain that fast, even after I have stopped playing it.

Is it possible to be refunded? I felt that there is an oversight here when I didn’t even have it on FullVPN mode.

First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents.

However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
