Packet Loss Issues and Ping in Game Not Affected

I’m trying to use mudfish for Maplestory2 on the NA West server. I am in BC Canada.

There is an issue with finding nodes. They all have heavy packet losses.

My ping in game is still above 200-300.

If you see these packet losses cross all mudfish nodes, normally it means there’s a packet loss at your router or ISP side.

Please check your RTT information between your desktop and mudfish nodes at http://ko.loxch.com/userrtt/?uid=517133 link. It seems there’s an issue on your ISP side when I checked these results.

That’s what I thought. I’ve talked with my ISP multiple times but they keep denying it.
