Paid via bitpay invoice but didn't receive the credits

Hello

I paid for 4.99 worth if credits by BCH {using edge wallet which is supported for checking out bitapay cryptocurrency invoices} and bitpay showed successful but after I clicked on return to website button I still cannot find the credits in my account until now {I paid about +1 hour ago}

Thanks as I finally got the credits…

but still curious to know that if it is normal to take this amount of time to get the credits after finalizing the payment through Bitpay method ?

Sorry for this inconvenience. But I think it’s up to your payment status because Bitpay (PG (payment gateway of mudfish) requires 3 confirmation to be applied from bitcoin network. So I think the time depends on it.
